Secured: The Kensington Building

Having successfully delivered numerous projects with Thirdway Interiors in the past couple of years, Blou Dynamic is pleased to announce Thirdway has awarded a large fit-out project within The Kensington Building, further strengthening the relationship.

The project will deliver a third Maslow’s Members House in London and will be the fourth project Blou Dynamic has undertaken within the building, Maslow’s being the largest. The project will see Blou Dynamic work with Mehrai Design alongside Thirdway’s in-house designers to deliver the following scope:

  • Welcome/Entrance joinery

  • Members Lounge & Pied-a-Terre joinery

  • ‘Orangery’ area with large glazed sliding screens and bespoke AV and fireplace joinery

  • 3 large Tea points / House Kitchens

  • Private studies with AV media walls and bespoke shelving solutions

  • Boutique Gym studios

  • Call pods & meeting booths including bespoke seating pods

  • Timber door & Glazed screen package including fully certified FD90s circulation doors

The circa £1m project will showcase Blou Dynamic’s in-house design, manufacture and installation for the design & build fit-out market. Updates and progress photos to follow.
