Secured: Exchange House

Following the successful delivery of the BBC Stratford and Broadgate Tower projects, we are pleased to announce that Blou Dynamic has been appointed by 8build to deliver the doorset scope for the refurbishment of Exchange House, levels LG, 7 and 8.

Blou Dynamic will design, manufacture and install a range of bespoke doorsets across the three floors. Ironmongery will be supplied by the specified supplier, Allgood, scope includes concealed Tectus hinges in bespoke finishes, as well as floor springs for pivot doors.

The project is scheduled for completion in Spring 2026.
