Maslow’s, Kensington

Blou Dynamic continued its successful partnership with Thirdway Interiors on the full fit-out of Maslow's new luxury office space within The Kensington Building. This marks Blou Dynamic's third project in The Kensington Building, following the successful completion of the Base Build works, and is our largest project within the development to date.

Appointed to deliver the complete timber doors and bespoke joinery package across the entire first floor, Blou Dynamic was responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of a comprehensive £1 million joinery package. The scope of works included:

  • Entrance joinery with antique mirrors and curved shelving

  • Joinery to Pied a Terre incorporating wall panelling, joinery units, print area & bespoke storage/bag lockers

  • Tea points & drinks points across the floor plate

  • Library room with high book shelves & AV wall incorporating a stone fire place

  • AV & Media walls to meeting rooms

  • Full Gym & Pilates studio joinery with impact resistant mirrors including ballet barre

  • Moveable wall system

  • Freestanding console unit with bamboo effect bespoke metalwork

  • Oak veneered timber fire doors, some FD90S

  • Large acoustic glazed timber screens

  • Over 200 bespoke timber shelving units with cork backing & concealed support brackets

  • Phone booths with upholstered benches

  • Solid Oak trims and mouldings throughout
