Secured: 111-117 New Bond Street

Blou Dynamic is pleased to announce our appointment by Curo Construction to deliver the carpentry and doorsets scope for the refurbishment of 111–117 New Bond Street (Lancashire Court).

This latest appointment continues our strong working relationship with Curo Construction, having successfully delivered numerous projects together in recent years.

The refurbishment will deliver three retail units at ground and lower levels, alongside approximately 13,000 sq ft of office space across the upper floors.

Blou Dynamic’s works span from basement to 5th floor and include:

• Design, manufacture and installation of factory spray-painted timber doors and oak-veneered timber doors.

• Installation of ironmongery supplied by Williams, featuring a mix of satin stainless steel, antique bronze and black finishes.

• Installation of Selo riser doors throughout all floors.

• General carpentry works, including oak window boards, skirtings and wall protection to back-of-house areas.
